Led Zeppelin fans have been giving Gigwise their reactions to last nights gig at the O2 Arena in London.
The spectacle, which saw Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Johns joined by Jason Bonham, the son of original drummer John Bonham, was witnessed by 20,000 fans.
Ever since the band left the stage, Gigwise has been inundated by fans comments from last nights gig – from those in attendance to those who had to listen down a relatives phone.
“I was sitting right up the back and never have I seen such an amazing performance from a rock band,” said a happy Bay McKenzie. “All hail Led Zep you are rock gods.”
He continued: “That was absolutely amazing...from ‘No Quarter’ to ‘Whole Lotta Love,’ those guys still have that most amazing unique musical talent that only a few can possess. Thank you for a truely memorable night.”
James Antrum was one of the 1 million people who failed to get tickets for last night’s concert, but that didn’t stop him enjoying the band from the comfort of his own house.
“I wasn’t there but from where I was sitting it was dammmmn good, (James Antrum, sitting in his room with his I-Pod),” he said. “Been A Long Time Since I Rock And Rolled.”
We’ll keep bringing you fans’ reactions and reviews throughout the day so keep your eyes peeled.
