Biographer Alan Parker has announced a "definitive" bio-pic about Sex Pistols legend Sid Vicious.
Parker has already written three books about the notirious late bassist, and now Ipso Facto films are to produce a new docu-drama based on his work.
The 47-year-old writer says he hopes the new film 'Who Killed Nancy?' will prove the "last word" on Vicious' death and supposed murder of girlfreind Nancy Spungen following Alex Cox's 1986 movie 'Sid And Nancy'.
He says, "I have strong views on Sid And Nancy so I wanted to make the ultimate, last word movie. It will be 100 minutes of facts and at the end we're going to turn round and let the audience be the jury."
The film is scheduled to begin filiming later this month.
