Rapper Kid Rock has won his case against alleged copyright infringement over his song 'Somebody's Gotta Feel This'..
Troy Landry had brought a case against Rock allegeding the song had copied his own work from a 1994 album.
Fortunately for Rock - real name Robert Ritchie - U.S. District Judge Mary Ann Vial Lemmon did not agree.
She ruled, "The works are not so strikingly or substantially similar as to preclude independent creation. A layman would not view the works as substantially similar."
