Queens of the Stone Age, Gallows and Lethal Bizzle all performed at the London Shepherd’s Bush Pavillion to celebrate MTV Gonzo’s fifth birthday.
Headliners QOTSA rolled out all the hits at the intimate show and Josh Homme even found the time to take a call from Zane Lowe’s mum onstage. The band sneakily worked a line from Amy Winehouse’s ‘Rehab’ into their debauched smash ‘Feelgood Hit Of The Summer.’
Gallows supported the rock titans earlier in the night, with Lethal Bizzle coming onstage to perform The Ruts cover ‘Staring At The Rude Bois.’
The night saw a string of guests from the indie world appear, including Stereophonics, Ryan from The Cribs, James from Hadouken!, Jack Penate, Blood Red Shoes and Paul Smith from Maximo Park.
