Kanye West has picked up eight nominations for the 50th Grammy Awards in America, including one for Best Album.
West led the way at yesterday’s nominations announcement with Amy Winehouse close behind on six nominations.
Despite recent personal problems, Winehouse picked up nominations for Best Album and Song of the year for, ‘Rehab.’
Foo Fighters picked up five nominations, including one for their album, ‘Echo’s, Silence, Patience And Grace.’
Elsewhere, US rapper Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake received five nominations each.
The Grammy Awards ceremony will take place in Los Angeles on February 10th.
