Wilco Set To Join US Presidential Candidate Race Add to My Fav Bands List

Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy will join the US Presidential Candidate Race next month when he play’s a concert and campaign fundraiser on behalf of Democrat candidate Barack Obama.

‘Change Rocks,’ which will take place at Riviera Theatre in Chicago on December 7th, will also feature Cool Kids and local performers The Changes.

Obama is one of two frontrunners currently involved in the race to stand as the Democratic representative in next November’s American Presidential elections.

Hilary Clinton, wife of former US President Bill Clinton, is his closest rival in the contest. 

Third Eye Blind frontman Stephan Jenkins and Jill Sobule will also appear at the ‘Change Rocks’ event.
