The Flaming Lips and Chuck Berry have been confirmed as the headliners for next year’s Camp Bestival.
The Bestical spin-off also boasts the likes of Suzanne Vega, Billy Bragg, Scroobius Pip, The Wurzels, King Creosote and The Cuban Brothers.
Confirmed DJs include Kevin Rowland, Greg Wilson, Queens of Noize, Andrew Weatherall and, of course, Mr Rob da Bank himself.
Clearly elated at booking The Flaming Lips, Rob da Bank said: “ I've been after the Lips since we started Bestival and for one reason or another (most seeming to involve childbirth!) I’ve never managed to book them.
“But now we couldn’t be more chuffed to have Wayne Coyne and his bunch of merry men headlining our new show Camp Bestival!”
Different to Bestival itself, Camp Bestival (as the name suggests) has more emphasis on the camping spirit and plays host to just 10,000 revellers at Lulworth Castle in Dorset from July 18-20.
Tickets are on sale now and cost £120 per adult and £60 for children.
