The Spice Girls have denied that they mimed during their comeback concert in Vancouver last night (December 2nd).
The concert in Canada was the first time that the girl group had performed as a five piece since 1998.
In a statement, the band denied accusations that they hadn’t sung live during the performance.
"All of the girls sang live. There is a click track for the band to keep them in time, which is standard, but all of the girls' vocals were live," a spokesman said.
The much anticipated concert lasted for two hours and saw the reunited band perform 22 songs, including nine of their number one singles.
From Vancouver, the tour will take in a further eight cities, including London, were the group will play a seventeen night residency at the O2 Arena in London.
