Foals Announce First 2008 Dates

Foals have announced their first live dates for 2008 which will include show of their biggest shows to date.

The Oxford quintet will play six dates in March including a headline gig at the Astoria in London.

It is probable that the tour will coincide with the release of the bands debut album which they have been recording in New York with Dave Sitek of TV on the Radio,

Tickets for all the shows go on sale at 9am on Friday (November 30) and will be available via Gigwise.

The dates are:

Newcastle, Carling Academy 2 – March 9
Manchester, Club Academy – 11
Birmingham, Carling Academy 2 – 12
Norwich, Waterfront – 14
Brighton, Concorde 2 – 16
London, Astoria - 17
