Blake Fielder-Civil Calls On Amy Winehouse To Go Into Rehab

Blake Fielder-Civil has called on Amy Winehouse to check into rehab while he is in the slammer, claims his mother.

42-year-old Georgette Civil says that her son believes that his time in London Pentonville Prison will be an ideal opportunity for Amy to sort herself out.

Civil said: "He's already stopped taking drugs. He's missing Amy desperately and he wants her to get help. He has told her she needs to go into rehab."

This is Amy's opportunity to sort herself out too and I've strongly suggested to her that rehab would be a very good idea because this continual bad behaviour has to stop.

"Just because she's Amy Winehouse doesn't mean I'm afraid to be angry with her. This is a woman with enormous talent and a lovely personality and she needs urgent help."

Fielder-Civil is set to spend Christmas behind bars as he is remanded after allegedly perverting the course of justice in relation to his earlier GBH charges.
