Thom Yorke has revealed that making his solo album, ‘The Eraser,’ was a dull experience.
Yorke said that Mercury Music Prize nominated album, released in 2006, wasn’t as gratifying as working with a band.
"It was kind of dull. It was deeply unsatisfying because you weren't sharing much of the process but then I got back with the band and it was like 'Oh my god, there's all these other people I have to work with now.'"
Speaking to Radio One, Yorke also spoke about the way Radiohead choose to release their new album, ‘In Rainbows,’ by allowing fans to choose what price they paid.
"It's very eye opening, liberating. But extremely strange. The day people were downloading it I sat at home and did nothing,” he said.
