Prince and Tony Bennett stunned crowds by joining Stevie Wonder on stage in New York last Friday (November 17th).
Wonder, who was playing his first headlining performance in the city since 1996, reprised elements of previous studio collaborations with the performers.
Bennett joined wonder on their duet of, ‘For Once In My Life,’ which had previously only appeared on Bennett’s 2006 duets album.
Meanwhile, Prince joined Wonder for an emphatic rendition of ‘Superstition,’ which saw him play on guitar while Wonder played the keyboard, reports Billboard.
During an action packed gig at Madison Square Garden which featured Wonder’s daughter on backing vocals, Wonder also held a moments silence for the victims of September 11th.
