Britney Spears’ lawyers will reportedly say that Attention Deficit Disorder was the reason that the singer failed a drugs test.
Spears recently tested positive for an amphetamine during one of the mandatory drugs tests that she has been ordered to undertake as part of her child custody battle.
According to TMZ, Spears has tried to blame the positive test on a number of drugs that aren’t classed as amphetamines.
The singer’s lawyers are due to meet with the lawyers of her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, in court in Los Angeles later today (November 16th).
Federline is once again expected to ask that the singer be banned from driving the couple’s children.
