Amy Winehouse’s tour manager has quit amid allegations that he inhaled heroin passively on the singer’s tour bus.
According to reports, Winehouse’s manager, Thom Stone, said that working with the singer was damaging his health.
The claims come just a day after Winehouse was criticised for her on stage performance in Birmingham on the opening night of her UK tour.
According to the Sun, Stone has a doctor’s note that proves that traces of heroin were found in his system.
A ‘source’ said: “He was constantly bailing her out. He was watching them get off their heads on drugs and wondering whether Amy was even going to get up on stage. It was a nightmare job.”
Stone refused to comment on the allegations, however, it’s claimed that he confirmed that he was no longer working with the singer.
