In quite easily the best piece of news that Gigwise has heard all week, My Bloody Valentine have announced a trio of UK shows for the summer of 2008.
The legendary post-rock outfit will play dates in three cities – Manchester, London and Glasgow – beginning at the end of June. They will be their first shows on these humble shores in over 15 years.
Tickets cost £25 for London and £22.50 for Manchester and Glasgow (plus all the usual booking fee) and go on general sale from 9am this coming Friday (November 16).
Don’t forget to visit Gigwise on Friday morning to snap the tickets up. The tour dates look like this:
London, The Roundhouse – June 20
Manchester Apollo – 28
Glasgow Barrowlands – July 2
