A third man has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice in a case involving Amy Winehouse’s husband.
Police confirmed yesterday (November 11th) that James King, of Risley, Derbyshire will appear at Thames Magistrates Court later today (November 12th).
Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, and another man, Anthony Kelly, were charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice at the same courthouse on Saturday (November 10th).
Both men were remanded in custody, due to appear on November 23rd at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
The public gallery was packed on Saturday as Winehouse and her father, Mitch, watched the charges being read out against her husband.
Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty was also present at the court.
Two other men who were also arrested last week have been released on bail, reports Reuters.
