Leona Lewis has maintained her hold on the top of the UK singles chart on the eve of the release of her debut album.
The former X-Factor winner’s single, ‘Bleeding Love,’ is now the biggest selling single of the year so far.
Lewis’ album, ‘Spirit,’ will go head to head with the Spice Girls, ‘Greatest Hits,’ when they both go on sale today (November 19th).
Elsewhere in the singles Top-10, Take That spent their second week in the number two spot, while Craig David’s comeback single, ‘Hot Stuff (Let’s Dance),’ climbed to number seven.
Meanwhile, in a quiet week in the albums charts, The Eagles, ‘Long Road Out Of Eden,’ fell to number two, while last week’s Gigwise Tuborg Wednesday Webchat band, The Wombats, debuted at number eleven with, ‘A Guide To Love Loss & Desperation.’
