Coachella Music Festival Extended For 2008

The influential Coachella Music festival will be held over three days next year - with My Bloody Valentine touted to perform.

The organisors have just announced the dates of the 2008 event, with it stretching over the dates of 25 to the 27 April.

It is strongly rumoured that seminal Creation band My Bloody Valentine will reunite at the Festival, held in the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California.

As previously reported, booker Paul Tollett is said to have been persuing the peerless band for some time following his success in persuading bands such as The Jesus And Mary Chain and Rage Against The Machine to reform and play.

However, there has been, as yet, no official confirmation from the band.
