Amy Winehouse has been granted a work visa for the United States, according to reports.
The singer was spotted entering the US Embassy in London on Monday (November 5th) to attend a formal interview with US officials.
It was Winehouse’s second attempt to obtain a visa after she was arrested for drugs possession in Norway last month.
Winehouse and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, were fined £350 by Norwegian authorities who found marijuana.
Winehouse’s Norwegian lawyer has since claimed that Winehouse wasn’t given the proper legal representation when the Norwegian police read the charges to her.
As well as performance commitments, Winehouse is understood to be searching for a property in Miami.
