Pete Doherty Caught Injecting Drugs?

Footage which claims to show Pete Doherty injecting ‘heroin’ has emerged in the today’s newspapers.

It’s claimed that the mobile phone video, which clearly shows the Babyshambles frontman, was shot at Doherty’s home in Wiltshire “just hours” after the band played at the MTV European Music Awards in Munich last Thursday (November 1st).

In the video Doherty can be seen preparing something before injecting the substance into his right forearm.

According to the Sun, the green wristband on Doherty’s left arm was handed to artists at the MTV awards ceremony last week.

Doherty can also be heard talking about the band’s forthcoming show at Wembley Arena in the video.

The footage has sparked fresh calls from the paper for the singer to be jailed for being a “terrible role model” to youngsters.

Doherty recently completed a six week stint in a rehab clinic which he said has prompted his longest ‘clean’ period in the last seven years. 

He also received a suspended sentence at a recent hearing for showing positive progress in his fight against addiction.
