Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds have announced details of their 14th studio album.
The fetchingly titled ‘DIG, LAZARUS, DIG!!’ will be released through Mute Records on March 3 of next year.
The long-player was recorded over the summer at State of the Ark studios in Richmond and mixed by Nick Launay at British Grove in Chiswi. The band themselves together with Nick Launay have produced the record.
British artists Tim Noble and Sue Webster have designed the artwork for the album, the follow-up to 2004’s ‘Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus’.
A single and a tour to coincide with the release are expected to be announced shortly.
