Kylie Minogue Launches Rival To Myspace

Kylie Minogue has launched a rival social networking website along the lines of Myspace and Facebook.

KylieKonnect allows fans to create their own profile and images, as well as follow the popstar’s latest movements.

The website already includes Minogue’s own profile where fans can read her blog and view exclusive video footage of the singer.

As we reported earlier, Minogue has cancelled plans for a 2008 world tour after doctors voiced concern about her work schedule.

A spokesperson for her label Parlophone has told the BBC, however, that the tour was never fully confirmed.

Minogue successfully beat an aggressive strain of breast cancer which she was diagnosed with in 2005.
