A Los Angeles judge today denied Britney Spears her request to regain full physical custody of her two children.
The Toxic singer- who attended a custody hearing on Friday alongside ex Kevin Federline – was slammed by Commissioner Scott Gordon, who deemed the pop-tart’s living conditions as “chaotic.”
In a court order issued today, the 25-year-old was granted three visits per week - two from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 p.m. and one overnight visit – all to be monitored.
The report issued by the judge also delves into Spears’ interaction with her two children Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1.
The documents reads: "The environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost sombre with little communication at all."
It continues: “During all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.”
Whilst the court-appointed parenting coach ruled out any ‘abuse in the traditional sense,’ the report claims Spears shows "a lack of general attention at times."
"It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children."
It concludes: "The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful."
The report also requires Spears and Federline to arrange holiday schedules between themselves, and orders Brit to submit evidence that her pool area is childproof by Friday.
Moreover, Britney is to meet with the parenting coach for two hours a week and ensure her two children are properly secured in their child safety seats whenever she drives with them.
These orders, in addition to those in previous hearings - which include random drugs tests and counseling sessions with K-Fed will remain in full effect until further notice of the court.
