To My Boy have begun a search for a third member as they begin writing material for their second album.
The duo are looking for a drummer to join the band as they say that the new songs wouldn’t work with a computer playing the drum parts.
In the ad for the job vacancy they wrote: “We've started writing our 2nd album and have decided we're going to need a drummer. It’s been good taking the 'drummerless' format this far, but the new songs wont work with just us and the computer.
“We need someone who is experienced and can drum in time to a backing track (probably with headphones - just like Linkin Park !).
“Also, experience of using electronic pads would be a bonus. Someone who lives in Liverpool would be good, but that’s not vital.”
Interested applicants need to send a short CV to to_my_boy At hotmail dot com, auditions are expected to take place before Christmas.
