Les Savy Fav triggered a chaotic stage invasion at London’s Scala last night (October 22nd) as they triumphantly closed their short run of UK shows.
Following a secret gig at the Old Blue Last in Shoreditch on Saturday (October 20th), the band took to the stage at the bigger venue with an obvious intent to put on an unforgettable show.
Energetic throughout, the sporadic performance went from frontman Tim Harrington hanging precariously from the venues balcony to frequent crowd surfing from both the audience and various band members.
With Harrington wearing a number of fancy dress costumes throughout the show, including a rainbow coloured hat and matching gloves, the performance finally became uncontrollable for the venues security staff as the band reached their climax – which saw a large proportion of the audience take to the stage.
