Marilyn Manson is to sell the Californian mansion which he brought in the wake of his controversial comments about the Columbine High School massacre.
Manson paid a reported $1.2 million for the mansion in the Chatsworth district in 2003 after he began to receive death threats related to the tragedy in Columbine.
Following the 1999 massacre, many people blamed Manson’s music for encouraging the killers – something which he provoked further in Michael Moore’s 2002 film, ‘Bowling For Columbine.’
When asked in an interview with Moore what he would have said to the killers, he said: "Nothing. I would have listened, because no one else did."
Manson has lived at the property ever since, along with his ex-wife Dita Von Teese, and, his latest girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood.
Despite extensive upgrades to the property - including the inclusion of a recording studio in the garage – the property is up for sale for, $1.2 million, less than Manson originally paid for it.

You stupid gets! This has got **** all to do with Columbine. ****, I bought a sandwich toaster after Columbine!
- Yeah, and I bought a three-in-one just days after Columbine - and I’m selling it for way less than I paid for it now!!!

- Evan Rachel Wood is a awesome character in the movie Thriteen. Marilyn Manson keep it up :D

- I’m pretty sure up there it says:
”Manson paid a reported $1.2 million for the mansion in the Chatsworth district in 2003”
and then it says:
”the property is up for sale for, $1.2 million, less than Manson originally paid for it.”
Surely it’s not less than he originally paid for it. It’s exactly the same.

- 2.1 minus 2.1 = ??? & if you want us to think Manson’s ignorant , dude , at least read your notes before you contradict yourself . Provoke ? He skated away in the interview . Maybe you should actually watch the movie .
