Steve Tyler's Throat Surgery To Be Show On TV

Footage of surgery on Aerosmith frontman Steve Tyler is being shown on American television over the next few days.

The trout-lipped singer underwent high-tech laser surgery to repair his vocal chords earlier this year – a move which is the subject matter of NBC’s Today Show later today.

The National Geographic Channel’s programme on Sunday, ‘Incredible Human Machine’, will go a step further by also featuring footage of subsequent tests carried out on the singer.

During a show at Boston’s Tweeter Center, the singer was wired up to several pieces of equipment to read his blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen capacity and several other vital readings.
