More Robots in Disguise

Most of you will know the Robots In Disguise from their cameo appearances as the Mighty ‘Kfraftwerk Orange’ in The Mighty Boosh. The real life incarnation of this group is less convincing. ‘The Sex Has Made Me Stupid’ is a pulsating metronomic celebration of smut that is a about as wide as a teaspoon in terms of originality and pounds the listener into submission with sheer electro crapness. Despite this, it’s probably part of some big joke, yet in saying that this is off their third album – a worrying sign that they are taking themselves seriously. In this case we can only hope the head of pie faced records has stern words with them immediately.
