Arcade Fire Join Bruce Springsteen Onstage

Arcade Fire performed a trio of songs during a surprise appearance alongside Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band last night (October 14th).

Taking to the stage at Ottawa's Scotiabank Place during Springsteen’s encore, the collaborators opened with, ‘State Trooper.’

Their joint rendition of the song was the first time that the E Street Band had performed the song since 1984, reports Billboard.

Arcade Fire then played, ‘Keep The Car Running,’ off their critically acclaimed second album, ‘Neon Bible,’ before they joined Springsteen on set closer, ‘Born To Run.’

Last night’s show was the final for Springsteen and the E Street Band at the Ottawa venue.

Springsteen currently tops the US charts with his new album, ‘Magic.’
