Muse To Make New 'Electronic' Album
Muse have revealed that their next album will see them move in a more electronic direction.
The band’s drummer, Dominic Howard, has said that the band plan to start recording the new material in 2008.
He told the Star: "We're going to start writing it properly next year, we've been getting loads of ideas down. We think it might have quite an electronic feel.
"Normally we need total time out from touring to sit down and reflect but this time round it feels different. We're buzzing at the moment."
The news comes after it was reported yesterday that the band are planning a series of shows on Cruise ships.

- thats unfair muse are not radiohead yes they have the same falsetto vocals but the music is very different muse use appegious and pentatonic scales to form the basis of their music radiohead take a very different aproach.

- oh no,please dont.
I know you guys are talented but eletronic stuff is really gonna be awful...

- can’t wait for 2008 now!
two electronic albums supposedly due out next year from my two favourite bands: Franz Ferdinand and Muse.
i’m struggling to understand why dom told all this info to the Daily Star though.

- Ahh that’s good isn’t it?! Electronic stuff i’m guessing means more songs in the realm of Map of the Problematique, which is one of the best songs on Black Holes! Brill!
