!!! Part Ways With Drummer John Pugh

After he starts a new band...

!!! have split with drummer John Pugh after he broke away to form a new noise collective called Free Blood.

Pugh started the band with his friends Madeleine Davy and it seems that this commitment meant his time in !!! was over reports Pitchfork.

Free Blood release their first EP entitled ‘Quick & Painful / Never Hear Surf Music’ in the UK this Monday (October 15) via Adventures Close To Home.

It is the first of three EPs they will release on ACTH and also features a remix of the first track by Hot Chip.

It will be available on 12” vinyl and download.

You guys are silly. Pugh hadn’t been the drummer in a couple years. he was the singer who could actually sing.
