Britney Spears Brings Forward Album Release

Britney Spears is to bring forward the release date of her next album ‘Blackout’ after several songs were leaked online.

It will now be out on October 30, two weeks ahead of its scheduled release date, according to Spears’ label Jive Records.

The label says it is doing “everything possible” to prevent further leaks from the album.

The first single ‘Gimme More’ currently sits at Number 3 on the Billboard chart after leaping from Number 68 last week.
