Lily Allen has reportedly sacked her music management company, Empire, following her recent problems in America.
Allen had her visa revoked by American customs earlier this year because of an alleged altercation with a photographer in London, in March.
The singer’s problems meant that she had to cancel a number of American dates, including a scheduled appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 9th.
According to the Mirror, Allen now wants to make a “fresh start” in order to achieve greater success stateside.
"She is still fuming about the business with her visa being revoked,” said an 'insider.' “She felt it was her year to break America and blames her management for not getting it sorted out.
"It meant pulling out of the MTV Video Music Awards and also meant she couldn't carry out her promise to tour there in September."
According to reports, Allen is trying to implement a deal which will see her take Empire’s Adrian Jolly – who has acted as the singer’s personal manager – with her.
