A Los Angeles Court has ordered that Britney Spears must be booked by Police over an alleged hit-and-run in August.
Superior Court Commissioner Rebecca Omens said that Spears must be booked before her case gets underway on October 25th.
Spears was not present at the reading of the charges yesterday (October 9th).
The charges against the star relate to an incident on August 6th where Spears was filmed hitting another vehicle as she tried to park in Studio City, reports AP.
After the incident, Spears can be seen inspecting the damage on her own car before leaving.
The cars owner, Kim Robard-Rifkin, filled a Police damage report three days later after seeing the incident on an online video.
