Pete Doherty surprised locals in a pub in Wiltshire on Saturday night (October 8th) by performing an impromptu set.
The Babyshambles frontman reportedly popped into the Sun Inn in Marlborough following the end of his rehab course at the nearby Clouds Clinic.
A local told the Sun: “It was a normal Saturday night until Pete rocked up. As soon as word got out, the place was packed and people were begging him to sing.
“He was asking for pints of Guinness as he paused between the tracks and was kissing all the girls who asked for one. It was a really great atmosphere.”
Doherty is understood to be renting a house in the area in order to adhere to a court order which prevents him from returning to London.
Meanwhile, Babyshambles second album, ‘Shotter’s Nation,’ entered the UK charts yesterday at number five.
