The Tabloid Celebrity: The Modern Day Disciple?

Apologies for not posting on here for a while but we’ve been too busy trotting around London in search of some juicy gossip. After two weeks of searching, spotting the odd ‘celebrity’ swiping their oyster card through the tube turnstiles, we found all the gossip we could possibly need in a seedy bar at the aftershow party to the Diesel U-Music awards at KOKO in Camden last night (October 3rd).

Last night all of The Sun’s 12 disciples were out in full force. Whilst the shows host Alex Zane sat slumped amongst a gaggle of girls who were tugging on his tight curls, Peaches Geldof dollied around on one of the venues balconies with Kelly Osbourne and Alexa Chung hanging onto the threads of her bleached hair. It really was the stuff that tabloid dreams are made of.

Earlier in the night, even the Primrose Hill set (that’s Sadie Frost & co) were spotted chatting over a round of (free) drinks in the bar and if that wasn’t enough Kimberley Stewart was along for the ride and – according to one member of the office – she smelt nice. Nice.

We’re not exactly sure what makes us look at these people. Maybe it’s the fact that they’re unavoidable because they inhabit our gossip reading everyday or maybe there is something genuinely otherworldly about them. No. It’s definitely the former.
