Blur’s bass player Alex James has told Gigwise that he believes that a new Blur record would be their best yet.
As we revealed exclusively last week, all four members of Blur were planning on meeting for lunch this week for the first time in years to discuss their future plans.
James said that should the band decide to go into the studio, he’s still confident they can make a great album.
“I’m still conceited enough to think that we can make our best record,” he explained. “You know, we’ll have to have lunch first, see what happens.”
