Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has been granted sole custody of their two children by a Los Angeles court.
Court Commissioner Scott Gordon has ordered that Federline "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday (October 3rd) at 12 p.m., until further order of the court."
Until now Spears and Federline had shared custody of their children, Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James.
In papers released by the court to the public yesterday no reason was given for the courts decision.
The order comes after Spears was charged ten days ago for allegedly driving into a parked car and fleeing the seen of the accident. The signer also currently has no valid driving licence.
At a hearing two weeks ago the Commissioner ordered that Spears undergo random drug testing due to evidence of "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."
She was also asked to complete parenting classes alongside her ex-husband.
