Babyshambles new album, ‘Shotter’s Nation,’ has leaked online a week ahead of its release.
Due out on Monday (October 1st), the album has already begun to appear on file sharing websites and fan forums with fans giving their opinions on the eagerly anticipated LP.
Illegal downloading has continuously hampered Babyshambles' releases. Their debut album, ‘Down In Albion,’ appeared online over a month ahead of its release in the autumn of 2005.
The band’s front man, Pete Doherty, even quipped in an interview with Virgin recently that there’s a download conspiracy against the band which is preventing them from making any money.
The first single from the band’s new album was the charts highest new entry on Sunday (September 23rd) charting at number six.
The success of ‘Delivery’ has sparked debate as to whether the bands album will reach the top spot next week.
