Watch The Libertines - What Became of the Likely Lads

The artwork for the forthcoming Libertines ‘best of’ album has been revealed.

The cover features one of the most infamous shots of the band - with all four members of the group dressed in their trademark red military jackets.

As we reported earlier, the band will release, ‘Time For Heroes – The Best Of The Libertines,’ on October 29th.

The LP will be the first new album from the band since 2004's, ‘The Libertines.’

Today’s news has already caused widespread debate on fan forums, with many fans unhappy with the albums tracklisting.

OR! Buy neither, as The Libertines would be filed with The Others as a failed NME hype who never delivered anything, had Docherty not started shagging the tabloids...

omg, just some record label boss who wants to milk out as much as he can of this great band. no way that this is petes or carls idea. this album’s not gonna sell at all -.-
