Britney Spears has been ordered to undertake random twice weekly drug and alcohol tests by a Los Angeles Court Commissioner.
Scott M. Gordon, the commissioner in the child custody case between Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline, said yesterday (September 18th) that there was evidence that Spears was "a habitual, frequent and continuous" user of drugs and alcohol.
Spears has also been ordered to attend parenting classes by the court.
Despite the new mandatory stipulations, the Commissioner said that the existing shared custody agreement between the two parents would remain.
Spears and Federline are parents to two children, 2-year old, Sean Preston and 1-year old, Jayden James.
Federline had taken Spears to court following a number of high-profile incidents from the pop star, including, a spell in rehab earlier this year after she publicly shaved her head.
