Beth Ditto: 'I Couldn't Care Less About Led Zeppelin'

The Gossip’s Beth Ditto says that she doesn’t care about the Led Zeppelin reunion – in fact, she doesn’t even know who Robert Plant is.

The singer is one of a variety of stars who were asked their views by xfm on the hottest gig of the century at the o2 Arena in November.

Seemingly in a bid to get some media coverage, she said: "Call me when 'X-Ray Specs' reunite cos I couldn't care less about Led Zeppelin...Robert who?"

The rest of the stars, however, were much more complementary. Manic Street Preachers’ James Dean Bradfield said: “It will just be cool to see Jimmie Page playing guitar when the guitars right down by his knee. Not like somebody out The Fratellis with his guitar right up to his Adams apple, you know."

Jared Leto from 30 Seconds To Mars said: “It’s not the whole band but it would still be wonderfull to see the remaining members perform, I mean legendary band and one of a kind.”
