Hold Steady Frontman Goes Back To School

The Hold Steady’s frontman Craig Finn is set to return to school later to this month to lend some words of wisdom to pupils.

He’ll hold a talk at the Boston College which will cover issues such as his life, career and music. American Studies professor Carlos Rotella personally invited him to take part.

The tour – talking place in the school’s dining hall on September 25 – is also open to the general public as well as the pupils.

In other Hold Steady news, the band are preparing for a sprawling North American tour with Art Brut beginning in Providence on October 21 and winding up in New York on November 21.
