Janet Jackson's 'Wardrobe Malfunction' In Court Again

    Over legal disputes...

September 11, 2007 by Jason Gregory

Janet’s Jackson’s infamous ‘wardrobe malfunction’ will return to court in America later today (September 11th).

Officials in the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia will hear legal argument about Jackson’s over exposure during the 2004 Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show.

Jackson famously revealed part of her breast during a performance with Justin Timberlake when Timberlake ripped off part of her top – the singer branded the incident as “unintentional.”

At the time, as well as attracting over half a million complaints, the television broadcaster CBS was fined $550,000 by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for broadcasting the incident.

CSS have always challenged the FCC’s fine, claiming that “fleeting, isolated or unintended" images should not automatically be considered indecent.

According to the Times, however, the FCC will contest CBS’s claim in court.

    • honestly FCC...surely there would be better things to spend your money on. the world has recovered from seeing Janet’s tit. Stop wasting money on legal fees and donate it to a worthy cause. FCC, just pay the fine to a charity and then challenge CSS to contest it.

    • This is the dumbest ”scandal” of all time. Why is this still going on? How long did this last, one-tenth of a second? You see far worse things on TV. Geez...
