On Our BESTival Behaviour

Last weekend saw the festival season end in style with the biggest fancy dress party meets music festival of the year – Bestival. 

Set in a country park on the Isle Of Wight, Bestival is essentially what happens when people who like fancy dress WAY too much decide that their going to exhibit their love at a music festival for a few days. The theme was pirates, but we saw a manhood yielding Amy Winehouse and Braveheart stumbling through the woodland during the course of the weekend.  

Although the line-up which promised so much failed to deliver (who wants to see the Beastie Boys go all instrumental?) the festival which refuses to take itself seriously was an undoubted hit.

The Gigwise office made the brave decision to dress up for this year’s shindig (besides myself because of technical difficulties that we won't go into) and our best garments can be seen below.
