Siouxsie Soux, Ray Davies and The Chemical Brothers are among a number of acts who have joined the line-up for this year’s BBC Electric Proms.
Editors, The Enemy and Reverend and The Makers have also been added to this year’s event – which sees contemporary music join forces with classical influences.
The legendary Siouxsie Sioux will premiere material from her new album, ‘Mantaray,’ for the first time when she headlines the John Peel night of the Proms at Camden’s, Electric Ballroom on October 29th.
Former Kinks star Ray Davies will headline Camden’s, Roundhouse on October 28th and will be joined by the Crouch End Chorus.
The Chemical Brothers are set to collaborate with very special guests when they play at Camden’s Koko venue.
Hadouken!, The Metros and Estelle have also been added to the bill, which already includes Sir Paul McCartney and Kaiser Chiefs, who will join forces with Bond collaborator David Arnold.
