Kanye West Rubbishes Britney Spears

Kanye West has slammed Britney Spears, not once but twice.

The outspoken rapper lashed out at television bosses for choosing the 25-year-old to open Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards ceremony in Las Vegas.

West – who was upset he wasn't asked to perform his number-one song Stronger – said nobody “don't give a fuck" about the troubled pop-tart’s comeback.

He said: "Honestly, I really don't care. I don't give a fuck about Britney performing.

"I should have opened the MTV awards because Stronger is the number one song in the country. It just shows you that you have to do shit to get ratings, and maybe they feel like they will get more ratings with Britney.

He added: "Britney's song isn't as good as Stronger. This is some bullshit, and I don't really care."

To add fuel to the fire, West slammed the mother-of two’s disastrous comeback performance.

“I have no words” West told Access Hollywood.

Neither do we Kanye, neither do we.

  • I’m not A Britney fan either, but those comments Kanye made were awful. I supported Kanye when he made that comment about Bush, and I still do, but his comment about Britney was just horrible. That poor girl.

  • people need to stop dissin on britney and leave her alone! yeah her performance wasnt the greatest. but her the girl a break, no body knows what she is going through except for her. she hasnt performed in a while so she is adjust to it!! i love britney spearss no matter what anyone else says!! ps kanye - i love ur song too and all ur music, but i feel that what you said was rude and wrong!!

  • Britney needs to be slammed, her performance was pathetic! Kanye’s right about a few things too; MTV shouldn’t have put her on stage, stronger is a great song and britney’s is vomit!. Surely you can see that Kanye’s not getting a fair go with MTV and the wider media.

  • I hate Kanye West. His bitch ass always makes a race issue. I hate the public and damn MTV, for given him so much attention/publicity. Not to mention, he is so ugly. Not that I like stupid train wrek Britney. But the reason he says all this stuff about her because again she WHITE. He would not be saying all this if a black femal singer went up there and made a fool out of herself.Back to Britney, she should be so ashamed of herself, with her big ass belly. Another Anna Nicole Smith. Die one day.
