The Fiery Furnaces are planning a ballet featuring "American event social gestures".
The experimental American brother and sister duo are working on the piece, which will have a "rock'n'roll theme" and will incorporate sign language based dancing.
Matthew Friedberger 'explains', "The 'we're number one' finger and the heavy metal horn-sign and, most importantly, the hand-dancing in Indonesian and Pakistani pop music videos."
Before this treat hits the stage there's a new Fiery Furnaces album 'Widow City' next month.
