My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way married his girlfriend earlier this week, according to reports.
The low-budget ceremony is reported to have taken place backstage after the band supported Linkin Park at the Projekt Revolution concert at Coors Amphitheatre in Denver, Colorado on Monday (September 3rd).
According to Perez, the ceremony was overseen by an official from concert promoter Live Nation who also happened to be an ordained minister.
The reported marriage makes Way the second member of My Chemical Romance to get married in a low-key ceremony.
Earlier this year, Way’s brother and bandmate, Mikey, was married by a friend who is also an ordained priest.
