The Sugababes have released a statement denying that they’re losing one of their members.
It had been reported in the media that two of the band had held secret auditions to replace the band's most recent recruit Amelle Berrabah in the band.
A united statement from the band has refuted the allegations, however.
"Things couldn't be better in the band at the moment. Amelle, Heidi (Range) and I are a rock solid team," explained the band’s longest running member Keisha Buchanan.
Berrabah also confirmed her commitment to the band: "I'm 110 per cent committed to Sugababes. It's a dream come true. I can't wait to perform the new album live."
Sugababes will release their new single 'About You Now' on September 24th, with their latest album, 'Change,' due for October 8th.
The band have already suffered three line-up changes during their six year career.
